The formula of Regul Plus contributes to the well-being of mares subject to painful ovarian cycles by combining plants known for their regulating and soothing virtues and in particular :

  • Le gattilier : Le gattilier est reconnu pour son action bénéfique sur les douleurs ovariennes. Egalement appelé arbre de chasteté, le gatillier présente un intérêt pour ses vertus apaisantes sur les entiers trop chauds. De nombreuses études ont montré l’effet bénéfique du Gattilier sur les syndromes prémenstruels marqués notamment par des changements d’humeur tels que l’irritabilité ou l’hyperémotivité.
  • Hops: has sedative properties and regulates irritability.
  • Liquorice: softens and relieves inflammation

Regul Plus is formulated from mother tinctures that have a high content of plant active ingredients and are a good alternative to pure plant.

The liquid formulation of this supplement has several advantages, including the ability to be administered by mouth syringe, which can be convenient for horses living in a community or those who have difficulty taking their ration.

What synergy with Regul Plus?

Matricaria chamomile is a plant recommended for its relaxing and anti-spasmodic virtues. Chamomile given as a supplement to the ration can reinforce the action of Regul Plus to soothe the feeling of discomfort and discomfort associated with painful menstrual cycles.

Composition: cider vinegar, vegetable glycerin. Sensory additives: aromatic substances (chaste tree, hop, liquorice).

Constituants analytiques : protéines brutes <0,5%, matières grasses brutes <0,5%, cellulose brute <2,0%, cendres brutes <0,3%, humidité 96,2%, sodium 0,0041%.

Conseil d’utilisation : dose à ajouter à la ration de base d’un cheval adulte (550kg) : 30 ml par jour pendant 3 semaines. Si possible, administrer en 2 prises quotidiennes. À renouveler si nécessaire. Si besoin, Regul plus peut être distribué en continu pendant la saison des chaleurs (mars à octobre). N’hésitez pas à demander l’avis de votre vétérinaire avant utilisation ou prolongation.

Precautions for use : WELL AGITATE BEFORE USE. Not recommended for pregnant or nursing mares or foals. Formulated for equidae. Close tightly after use. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children.

My difficult mare does not sulk on the ration mixed with Regul Plus. The product is effective on her heats (it makes them "invisible"). To see in May, when the heat will be the strongest, if its effectiveness remains optimal as now.

Horse mother tinctures are liquid solutions obtained after maceration of plants in alcohol (1kg of plant is necessary for 1 litre of hydroalcoholic solution). The quantity of active ingredients determines the percentage of alcohol added (the degree of alcohol is usually between 60 and 95 degrees). The maceration time is about 3 weeks during which the mixture is regularly stirred in order to concentrate the liquid in active principles. This mixture is then filtered.
Mother tinctures are the basis of the majority of homeopathic products and their production is highly regulated.
