For 40 years, the first concern of the ESC company has been to contribute to the comfort and balance of horses, whatever their age, their activity and their place of life. Our motivation is to succeed in limiting chronic disorders and areas of discomfort that limit performance or modify behaviour.
Encouraging prevention
Our Laboratory is a pioneering company in the development of specific food supplements. Most of our supplements enriched with vitamins, minerals, trace elements, seaweed or amino acids help to fortify the body during recovery or convalescence. We are particularly interested in pathologies that can be acted upon when the disorders can take a long time and do not stem from a more serious illness requiring veterinary treatment. These include, for example, certain respiratory genes, joint pain, or digestive disorders...
Develop efficient and quality products
The ESC laboratory has built its reputation thanks to the quality of its ointments, made from Laurel oil, without tar, without animal fat, and whose texture is perfectly resistant to temperature changes. The loyalty of the farriers who use our products is a great reward. We apply this same quality requirement to all of our products.
Propose a wide and varied offer
Our mastery of the manufacturing process of several textures (ointments, gels, ointments, lotions, plant mixes...) allows us to offer a wide range. Our catalogue, composed of 95 references allows us to cover a very large majority of equine needs and pathologies. Most of our products are also available in multiple formats, from 250gr jars to 60L tanks.
Favouring an authentic production method
The laboratory has been located in the Cher department since its creation. More than 95% of the ingredients used in the compositions come from France. The manufacture of our ointments and care products takes place on site according to an authentic production method that has never changed over the years. In addition, our food supplements, manufactured according to a cold granulation method, allows to preserve the properties of the plants and the integrity of the active ingredients.
Enhancing the properties of plants and natural active ingredients
The benefits of phytotherapy and phytonutrition on the equine organism are no longer to be demonstrated. We use more than 100 different species of plants throughout our range, which we use in cut form in a specific mixture, as a microfinished extract in supplemented preparations or as essential oil in gels and ointments.

For 40 years, ESC Laboratoire has been in perpetual search for new products. Our riders, owners, breeders, farriers, veterinarians...are the first source of inspiration in our research and development process. In 40 years, we have acquired in-depth knowledge of production methods and the therapeutic properties of plants, which allows us to quickly develop products that meet the specifications and needs of our customers.
