Its properties can be explained by the presence of active compounds originally present in the leaves of Laurus Nobilis (Noble Laurel, Sauce Laurel, Apollo's Laurel). Its components are cineole, linalool, alpha pinewood and beta pinewood which act together to fight against bacterial infections.

Laurel oil made using a traditional method of macerating bay leaves in vegetable oil. This method of production by maceration guarantees a high content of plant active ingredients and the effectiveness of the product on damaged hooves.

What should I associate Laurel oil with?

In case of very damaged sole or fork, a treatment based on cade oil can be very effective. The properties of cade oil can be explained by the presence of active compounds present in the wood and roots of juniper wood, considered as a medicinal plant since the 19th century in Europe. Cade oil (with antiseptic, antimicrobial, antipruritic and antiparasitic properties) is traditionally recommended for the treatment of skin problems and should not be used pure.
