    Lysine +, a complementary food for muscles and growth

    Our Supplement Lysine + is a concentrate of L-lysine, an essential amino acid which the organism cannot synthesize and which must therefore be brought by diet. It is often present in limited quantities in the basic ration of the horse, especially in conventional fodder and cereals, which in fact amino acid limiting In the horse.

    L-lysine is involved in the production of body proteins, which are present in large amounts in the muscles, as well as in the formation of collagen (tendons, ligaments, cartilage), bone growth and energy metabolism via carnitine synthesis.

    Lysine + also brings beer yeast from group B vitamins and protein, and lithothamne, a small seaweed rich in calcium and magnesium.

    Why use Lysine +

    Lysine + is recommended:
    – in horses at work to promote muscle mass development and support recovery after effort,
    – Senior horse,
    – after a stop at work,
    – in the foal at the end of pregnancy or in early breastfeeding, or in the foal growing at 3 months of age.

    Our experts recommend a distribution for 2 months or in continuous treatment if necessary.

    Additional feed for horses.

    Composition: lithothamne, beer yeast, peppermint.
    Nutritional additive per kg: amino acid: L-Lysine 666 600 mg.

    Analytical constituents: raw proteins 135.2%, crude fats <0.5%, crude cellulose <0.4% raw ash 19.6% water content 1.2% sodium 0.12% calcium 5.8%.

    Instructions for use: dose to be added to the basic ration of an adult horse (550 kg): 15 g per day for 3 weeks. If possible, distribute in 2 daily doses. To be renewed if necessary. Do not hesitate to ask your veterinarian for advice before use or extension.

    Precautions for use: formulated for equidae. Not recommended in pregnant or lactating mares. BETTER BEFORE USAGE. Close well after use. Store in a cool and dry place. Keep out of the reach of children.

    Anti-Doping Control: This product may contain natural contaminants that can make an anti-doping test positive, and we recommend that it be discontinued before an official test. Ask a veterinarian for advice on waiting time (usually 72 hours).
