ESC Laboratoire propose un programme de complémentation personnalisé, le Parcours Bien-être, désormais accessible depuis votre espace client.
Données collectées : vos coordonnées (nom, prénom, adresse électronique) issues de votre compte client, ainsi que les informations relatives à votre cheval que vous renseignez dans le questionnaire : nom, âge, race, sexe, taille, poids, conditions de vie, alimentation, activité pratiquée, traitements éventuels et problématiques de santé déclarées.
Finalité : ces informations servent à établir un profil de votre cheval et à vous recommander, chaque trimestre, des produits adaptés à ses besoins. Cette recommandation est purement indicative et ne se substitue pas à l’avis d’un vétérinaire.
Base légale : votre consentement, recueilli lors de votre inscription au programme. Vous pouvez le retirer à tout moment sans que cela affecte votre compte client.
Destinataires. Les équipes d’ESC Laboratoire habilitées, notre hébergeur et notre prestataire d’envoi d’emails. Aucune donnée n’est cédée à des tiers à des fins commerciales.
Durée de conservation : Vos données sont conservées pendant toute la durée de votre participation au programme, puis trois ans après le dernier contact avant suppression.
Vos droits : vous disposez d’un droit d’accès, de rectification, d’effacement, de limitation, d’opposition et de portabilité. Vous pouvez modifier ou supprimer la fiche de votre cheval directement depuis votre espace client, ou nous écrire à contact@esclaboratoire.com
