Spirulina, a very protein-rich plant that strengthens resistance to stress in horses:

Spirulina is a marine seaweed that has existed for 3 billion years very rich in protein and antioxidants. This seaweed is recommended in athlete horses, fatigue and old horses. The proteins it contains are of excellent quality (the proportion of amino acids and digestibility are optimal). Spirulina is also an excellent source of iron.

A test on 16 untrained subjects would have shown better resistance to exercise by reducing oxidative stress and sternness of participants taking spirulina.

What does spirulina have to do with?

For a complete phytonutrient action, a supplement enriched with trace elements and minerals can effectively complement spirulina. Extrafer, a liquid complementary feed made from a mixture of plants and enriched with biotin, selenium and zinc helps to increase energy capacity and resistance to stress.

Raw material for horse feed.

Analytical constituents: raw protein 57.0%, crude fat 6.0%, crude cellulose 5.0%, raw ash 6.10%, water content 0.35%.

Instructions for use: dose to be added to the basic ration of an adult horse (550kg): 15 g per day for 3 weeks. To be renewed if necessary. Do not hesitate to ask your veterinarian for advice before use or extension.

Precautions for use: pregnant or lactating mares: on veterinary advice only. Formulated for equidae. Close well after use. Store in a cool and dry place. Keep out of the reach of children.

Anti-Doping Control: This product may contain natural contaminants that can make an anti-doping test positive, and we recommend that it be discontinued before an official test. Ask a veterinarian for advice on waiting time (usually 72 hours).

Testing for the moment on my pure blood but I was able to observe good results on another stable horse. Very easy to give mixed in the ration
