Lysine: Lysine is an essential amino acid, i.e. the body cannot produce it and must be drawn from food. It is present in large quantities in the muscles and has many biological functions. It contributes, inter alia, to the development of horse muscles and repair of muscle micro-injury after exercise, bone growth, collagen and antibody formation, and carbohydrate metabolism.

Vitamin B12: this vitamin in group B is considered by some as the vitamin of effort. It is involved in many processes such as the synthesis of red blood cells involved in oxygen transport.
