La teinture mère d’Arnica est obtenue après macération de la plante dans une solution hydroalcoolique pendant plusieurs semaines. Ce mode de préparation permet de recueillir une base très concentrée en principes actifs tels que les flavonoïdes et les lactones sesquiterpéniques contenus dans les fleurs d’Arnica. Ses substances ont des propriétés apaisantes reconnues en cas de coups ou de contusions.

Arnica horse mother tincture is a liquid solution obtained after maceration of plants in alcohol (1kg of plant is needed for 1 litre of hydroalcoholic solution). The amount of active ingredients determines the percentage of alcohol added (the degree of alcohol is usually between 60 and 95 degrees). The maceration time is about 3 weeks during which the mixture is regularly stirred in order to concentrate the liquid in active principles. This mixture is then filtered.

Directions for use : apply twice a day on the concerned area with a soaked cotton pad.

Precautions for use : EXTERNAL USE. Formulated for equines. Do not apply to eyes, mucous membranes, wounds or oozing or infected lesions. Close tightly after use. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children.

Composition : arnica, ethanol, purified water. Ratio 1/1.

Le produit en lui même est bien mais les frais de livraison plus les frais DPD de douane et autre se monte à plus du double du prix du produit pour la Suisse! Je ne recommande pas.
